📋 Description
• Build and improve full-stack features (PHP backend, React frontend) to enhance customer experience. • Deliver quick, high-quality fixes for urgent issues. • Lead initiatives like platform localization, design system migration, and customizable notifications. • Collaborate with Product, Support, and other teams to identify and resolve friction points. • Automate workflows to reduce support load and empower users. • Contribute to technical discussions and raise engineering standards. • Own projects end-to-end, collaborating across teams to identify and resolve friction points. • Deliver rapid fixes and long-term enhancements that make a visible difference for our users.
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering (SaaS preferred). • Strong proficiency in PHP and React, plus comfort working across frontend, backend, and integrations. • Proven ability to debug complex issues and design pragmatic, customer-focused solutions. • Curiosity, adaptability, and a bias toward action - you enjoy variety and thrive in fast-moving contexts. • English proficiency (C1 or above).
