📋 Description

• Serve as the finance owner for an assigned business area • Own business-area results and the quality and analytical depth of insights • Work directly with department heads on business cases, unit economics, and scenario analysis • Embed with teams across the business to understand performance drivers and identify trends and growth opportunities • Explain performance results and translate insights into business recommendations • Build financial models and business cases • Conduct ad-hoc analyses on unit economics and scenarios • Contribute to bottom-up forecasts and budgets with business teams • Become a trusted finance partner to leadership, the board, and investors • Help shape short- and long-term strategy and improve financial transparency • Collaborate with Accounting and Data on data pipelines • Use AI to automate planning, analysis, and reporting workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Commercially curious, analytically sharp, and a clear communicator • Comfortable working with data and identifying inconsistencies • Able to explain findings in plain language • Works well across teams and learns quickly • Uses AI tools effectively • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, business partnering, or a similar analytical role • Hands-on experience with financial models and business cases • Familiarity with unit economics, including MRR, LTV, ROAS, retention, and contribution margin, is a bonus
