📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and provide continuous feedback to a team of professionals • Identify, recruit, and engage influencers and affiliates in Asian markets • Build and systematically manage a pipeline of potential partnerships • Conduct internal and external negotiations to materialize high-impact deals • Nurture existing partner relationships to deepen partnerships, enable growth, and increase sales • Run and monitor partners’ marketing campaigns • Collaborate with product heads to identify and exploit business cases inside markets • Handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment • Measure, analyze, and optimize performance • Report results and identify new opportunities • Use data to drive actionable business decisions and business growth • Report on goal progress, forecasts, results, and challenges

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment • Proven experience in digital performance marketing • Proven experience in partnership management, including influencer and affiliate marketing • Experience working with India and Asian markets • Sharp sales and analytical skills • Proficiency with web and data analytics tools • High attention to detail and proactiveness • Perfect spoken and written English communication • Experience with international tech/digital products is an advantage
