📋 Description

• Develop high-impact advertising campaigns across digital and print channels, from brief analysis through final asset • Help define and advance Hostinger’s visual identity • Partner with copywriters, video producers, project managers, country and product marketing managers, and product designers • Design multi-channel assets including YouTube ads, Meta banners, email, blog, and print materials • Mentor junior and mid-level designers through feedback and leading by example • Use AI tools to explore creative possibilities, accelerate production, and develop novel approaches • Collaborate with the Graphic Design team, Brand & Creatives team, marketing managers, UX/UI designers, and other Hostinger teams

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio showing proven work across marketing campaigns or brand projects, including the thinking behind the work • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools in a design workflow • Strong craft standards and a clear point of view on effective design • Experience giving constructive, growth-oriented feedback to other designers • Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving priorities • Clear, direct communication • Fluency in written and spoken English
