📋 Description

• Design and maintain server-side tracking solutions across platforms • Ensure reliable and accurate conversion signal delivery to Meta, Google Ads, and Amplitude • Investigate and resolve complex tracking issues across devices and domains • Partner with PPC, product, and data teams on data quality questions • Maintain data governance standards and privacy-compliant tracking • Improve the quality, reliability, and scalability of collected data • Help define how performance is measured across the business • Build and maintain measurement systems for growth, marketing investment, and customer journeys • Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Affiliates, Product Analytics, and Developers

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience implementing and maintaining web tracking • Experience with server-side tracking implementation, such as server-side GTM or equivalent • Strong working knowledge of conversion APIs, including Meta CAPI and Google Ads conversion imports • Knowledge of deduplication and identity-matching logic • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Amplitude • Strong JavaScript fundamentals • Understanding of web technologies including HTML and CSS • Understanding of GDPR and its practical impact on tracking implementation • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders • Comfortable owning ambiguous problems without a fully pre-defined scope • Nice to have: experience with Kubernetes/GKE and Docker • Nice to have: experience with SQL and data visualization tools • Nice to have: exposure to additional analytics or tracking platforms beyond GA4/GTM/Amplitude
