📋 Description

• Own the design of website and landing page experiences seen by millions of visitors • Craft clear, trustworthy, conversion-focused flows • Collaborate with marketers, product managers, and engineers from concept through shipped pages • Use AI tools to prototype ideas, test hypotheses, and generate variants at scale • Monitor performance after launch, run A/B tests, and continuously improve experiences • Conduct and synthesize user research and usability testing • Pitch ideas and take ownership of improving processes, outcomes, and brand presentation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer • Generalist capabilities across research, interaction design, and visual design • Ability to collaborate with copywriters, graphic designers, product designers, developers, and QA specialists • Daily use of AI tools for exploration, variant generation, or research synthesis • Comfortable with basic HTML/CSS for browser prototyping and engineering collaboration • Strong communication skills for presenting decisions, receiving feedback, and constructive pushback • Familiarity with analytics and testing tools such as Amplitude and Hotjar, or similar • Portfolio demonstrating real work, process, thinking, and outcomes
