📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end design of website and landing page experiences • Craft conversion-focused flows that are clear and trustworthy • Collaborate with marketers, product managers, and engineers from concept through launch • Use AI tools to prototype ideas, test hypotheses, and generate variants at scale • Monitor post-launch performance and run A/B tests • Conduct and synthesise user research and usability testing • Propose ideas, improve working processes and outcomes, and innovate on brand presentation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX designer • Generalist mindset with comfort in research, interaction design, and visual craft • Ability to collaborate with copywriters, graphic designers, product designers, developers, and QA specialists • Daily use of AI tools for exploration, generating variants, or synthesising research • Comfortable with HTML/CSS basics • Strong communication skills for presenting decisions, taking feedback, and pushing back when needed • Familiarity with analytics and testing tools such as Amplitude, Hotjar, or similar • Portfolio showing real work, process, thinking, and outcomes
