📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement new features that make our hosting platform faster, more reliable, and easier to scale. • Deploy and run infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and automation, because manual work doesn’t scale, and neither do shortcuts. • Operate and observe systems through real metrics: availability, latency, performance, capacity, reliability - understanding the “why” behind every graph. • Refine and tune systems to eliminate bottlenecks, simplify complexity, and improve reliability without adding overhead. • Improve monitoring and alerting, aiming to catch symptoms before they turn into outages. • Share knowledge with other engineers - guiding, reviewing, and helping raise the bar for how we build and maintain reliable systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Linux OS experience (3+ years). • Ansible proficiency - you trust automation, and know how to do it right. • Programming or scripting skills in Python or Go (bonus if both). • Experience managing and optimizing web servers, databases, and caching systems. • Familiarity with cloud environments like GCP (or similar). • Solid grasp of networking fundamentals - DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP. • Experience applying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools.
