🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English (C1 or native), written and spoken. • Experience in customer support in tech or SaaS environments, ideally through live chat, with a track record of delivering exceptional, customer-focused solutions. • Exceptional communication skills. • Understanding of web hosting fundamental concepts (domains, DNS, emails, control panels and website troubleshooting). • Advanced understanding of web hosting technologies, server management, and performance optimization. • Proficiency with content management platforms (e.g., WordPress), hosting control panels (e.g., hPanel, cPanel), email services, domain management systems, and customer support platforms. • Experience contributing to or improving AI-powered systems.
