• Your role will require you to work alongside Colleagues, Support Managers and Company Directors in improving and succeeding in giving the best possible customer service possible. • To Respond and resolve support tickets on WHMCS. • To Respond and resolve live chat enquiries. • To Provide excellent customer support at all times. • To Help and encourage users during a purchase on the website or over the phone. • To Answer phone calls using software.

🎯 Requirements

• Basic experience or knowledge in Hosting Solutions and Customer Support. • You have a genuine friendly, optimistic, and helpful attitude. • You are willing to learn, be open-minded and not be afraid to ask for help if required. • Have good grammar and basic mathematical skills. • Previous experience in customer services with a brand or company is preferred. • Previous experience with the following software & tools is preferred: Social Media: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and other social media sites. • E-Commerce: WHMCS and/or ticketing and live-chat products. • Microsoft Office; MS Office, MS Excel, MS Outlook (Hotmail), MS Teams. • Live Chat: Tidio, Crisp.Chat, ChatSupport and/or other live chat integrations. • VOIP: Circleloop, RingCentral, e Receptionist and other VOIP software.
