📋 Description
• Own the production and delivery of assets across brand, growth, product, and marketing channels. • Translate brand concepts into scalable, systemized design solutions inside Figma and beyond. • Build and maintain component libraries, templates, and guidelines that designers and partners can use seamlessly. • Ensure consistency and quality across all outputs digital, print, product UI, and motion. • Partner with designers, product teams, and developers to QA design implementation. • Organize files and workflows to ensure smooth collaboration and handoffs. • Push efficiency finding ways to scale great design without sacrificing craft.
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in production or system-oriented design roles. • Advanced expertise in Figma (libraries, components, variants…). • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; interactive/ motion/ knowledge is a plus. • Experience working at the intersection of brand and product design. • Detail-oriented with a systems mindset you love clean files, clear naming, and organized libraries. • Comfortable working across formats (digital, product UI, social, print, events).
