• Identify and onboard new clients and strategic partners for HBX Group’s travel insurance offerings • Tailor insurance solutions to partner needs and negotiate optimal agreements • Implement commercial plans aligned with organizational goals and market trends • Enhance go-to-market strategies and product offerings to maximize conversion and revenue • Work closely with Fintech, Distribution, Marketing, and other teams to deliver integrated solutions • Represent HBX Group at industry events and maintain strong external partnerships
• Proven experience in business development • Strong knowledge of travel industry and insurance products, including regulatory landscape • Commercial acumen with ability to structure profitable agreements • Data-driven decision-making and strategic planning skills • Excellent communication in English; fluency in another European language (Spanish, Italian, German, or French) preferred • Previous experience in travel insurance sales or distribution is an advantage • Relevant insurance qualification (e.g., Dip CII or ACII) or equivalent experience • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, collaborate effectively, and embrace change
