📋 Description

• Support the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant group accounting and reporting • Ensure high-quality financial information to support decision-making • Assist the Head of Consolidation and Reporting in coordinating Finance Transformation initiatives • Support system implementations, UAT cycles, and training activities for Finance teams • Provide technical accounting guidance and well-founded recommendations • Interpret and translate financial data into meaningful insights • Report to the Head of Consolidation and Reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in financial accounting • Experience in consolidation processes • Strong technical ability with financial systems and applications • Experience in SAP and Hyperion (HFM) desirable • Excellent Excel, analytical, and data skills • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including presenting complex financial data clearly • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines • Strong problem-solving skills in financial processes • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to adapt to changing environments and emerging technologies • Proactive approach to process improvements • Fluent in English • Minimum 4+ years of experience in accounting and finance • Strong experience with financial systems and data tools, including Tableau and SAP Analytics Cloud • Big Four audit company experience highly valued
