• You support our sales team in actively identifying and approaching potential new customers in the hotel industry. • You independently conduct initial contact by phone (cold calling) — with the goal of generating interest and qualified leads. • You coordinate appointments with prospects, partners, and for sales events such as trade shows and conferences. • You take responsibility for the preparation and follow-up of sales meetings and presentations. • You diligently maintain and update our CRM database so that our team is always well informed. • You assist with proposal preparation, create presentations, and support the team in day-to-day operations.
• You are a enrolled student (m/f/d) and want to gain practical sales experience for up to 20 hours per week. • You enjoy communicating with people, are persuasive on the phone, and ideally bring initial customer-facing experience — e.g., from sales, market research, or promotion. • You are not afraid of picking up the phone — you see cold calling as an opportunity to start real conversations. • You ideally already have knowledge of the hotel industry, hotel tech and/or system landscapes in hospitality — or you have a strong interest in working in this environment. • You work in a structured, professional, and reliable manner. • You speak fluent German and can communicate well in English.
