📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate print projects (e.g., catalogs, in-store POS communications, mailings, etc.) • Organize, plan and monitor timelines, budgets and production workflows • Independently plan and manage product shoots (including coordination with photographers, scheduling and product checks) • Act as the interface to clients, internal teams and external service providers (e.g., printers) • Manage quotations and invoicing • Ensure quality control and approval of print products before dispatch; coordinate and manage POS communications • Project reporting and regular status updates to stakeholders, including presentation reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in print project management, particularly with catalogs and POS productions — understanding of production processes • Experienced in coordinating product shoots and working with external service providers • Experience with content management systems (such as Censhare); knowledge of JIRA is an advantage • Strong organizational skills and proven coordination ability • High attention to quality • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
