• Proactive interface between the agency, clients and external partners • Planning, managing and overseeing integrated 360° campaigns • Full ownership of projects from briefing through to execution • Coordination and monitoring of internal and external processes • Preparation of briefings, schedules and cost overviews • Preparation and confident presentation of concepts and results to clients • Collaboration within a highly motivated, collegial team in an innovative environment
• Degree in business administration with a focus on marketing/communications or an equivalent qualification • At least 4 years of professional experience in client servicing at a communications agency with a holistic 360° approach • Solid social media expertise and production experience in photography and video • Strong sense for outstanding creative work, brand building and integrated communication • Confident, persuasive and professional manner in client interactions • Structured, committed working style with strong communication and organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability and a true team-player mentality • Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
