📋 Description

• Support in project management, including creating, budgeting and billing projects in SAP • Support with customer and vendor setup in SAP • Collaboration with various units within the Serviceplan Group, including Group Controlling and Accounting • Monitoring billing processes and the rolling forecast • Preparation of Excel reports, e.g., job time reports as well as revenue and cost reports on a project basis • Further development of internal processes and structures

• Sharp mind with the ability to quickly grasp new topics • High energy level • Strong ability to work independently • Excellent communication skills and a sense of humor • Very good Excel skills and enjoyment working with numbers and preparing reports • Analytical way of working • Entrepreneurial mindset • Structured, results-oriented and independent working style • Interest in improving internal processes and structures • Enjoyment of project management • No professional experience required
