📋 Description

• Provide cross-regional operational leadership of the regional centers • Lead and develop Regional Center Managers in close coordination with House of Healthcare management • Be accountable for revenue, cost and profit targets and ensure operational implementation • Establish consistent processes and standards in Sales, Recruiting and Compliance and drive their implementation • Identify regional specifics and derive strategies and growth initiatives • Coordinate cross-location capacity planning, identify bottlenecks and develop solutions with central functions • Continuously optimize quality, efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction • Act as the central point of contact, taking moderation and decision-making responsibility for all regional centers

🎯 Requirements

• Strong leadership personality with pronounced operational and commercial acumen • Experience managing multiple locations • Experience in developing leaders and collaborating with regional management teams • Experience in Operational Excellence and in establishing and embedding standardized processes and quality standards • Solid knowledge of budget planning, cost control, margin management and KPI-driven management • Commercial and operational management skills with a focus on growth, quality and profitability • Change management and implementation strength in introducing and scaling processes and systems across multiple locations • Strong communication skills and presence • Willingness to travel extensively • Clear leadership approach
