• Analyze medical records for completeness and compliance • Facilitate modifications to documentation with healthcare professionals • Educate the care team on clinical documentation improvements • Support accurate clinical reporting for outcomes
🎯 Requirements
• Medical School graduate where Western Medicine is practiced • One year of clinical experience preferred • Knowledge of DRG payor issues • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to effectively communicate with patients and healthcare team members
