📋 Description
• Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple properties (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations) • Prepare monthly financial statements, owner reports, and property-level summaries • Oversee HOA accounting: assessments, collections, reserves, and project tracking • Handle VR revenue reporting, owner payouts, occupancy taxes, and commission reconciliation • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis • Maintain compliance with GAAP, HOA standards, and VR regulations • Keep organized, accurate financial records across all entities
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of property management, real estate, VR, or HOA/HOAS accounting experience • Strong understanding of multi-entity accounting and GAAP • Proficiency with property management systems (Buildium, AppFolio, Yardi, or similar) • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through • Clear communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
