📋 Description

• Build and execute business growth strategies • Improve profitability and cash flow • Develop organizational structure and leadership teams • Coach owners through strategic business decisions • Improve operational execution and accountability • Build businesses that become less owner-dependent • Help owners transition from working in the business to leading the business

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of executive leadership experience • Direct, hands-on experience working with the owners of small to mid-sized businesses. • Full P&L responsibility for businesses ranging from approximately $500K to $50M+ in annual revenue • Proven success improving profitability, cash flow, and overall business performance • Experience building teams, systems, and organizational accountability • Strong executive coaching and leadership skills • Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously • Experience as a Fractional CEO or multi-client executive advisor is a plus but not required.
