📋 Description

• Technically lead a team of consultants with varying levels of seniority • Serve as the SAP HCM / Employee Central Payroll (ECP) subject-matter expert for the Projects area • Guide the team’s solutions and planning • Manage resource allocations • Support complex decision-making • Ensure the quality of deliverables • Serve as a Career Leader • Monitor the team’s development • Promote feedback, knowledge sharing, autonomy, and professional growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field • At least 12 years of experience with SAP HCM/ECP modules and eSocial • SAP certification in relevant modules preferred • Functional knowledge of integrations between SOC, EC and ECP, and EC and HCM • Knowledge of payroll processes in other countries is a plus • Intermediate conversational English • Solid experience with SAP HCM/ECP and payroll implementation projects • Experience as a technical leader or technical subject-matter expert • End-to-end perspective and the ability to resolve complex scenarios • Leadership and people development skills • Ability to develop people and establish new technical subject-matter experts
