📋 Description

• Participate in SAP SuccessFactors Talent implementation and enhancement projects • Support customer inquiries and support tickets • Participate in project discovery and status meetings • Deliver functional training to users and customers • Assist with testing, validation, and system configuration • Support the team in documenting processes and solutions • Develop functional expertise in Talent Management modules • Interact directly with national and international customers • Participate in training sessions, meetings, customer support activities, and strategic projects

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in an IT-related field, such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related discipline • Fluent English, required for interaction with customers and working with relevant materials • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proactive, organized, and eager to learn • Ability to work effectively in a team and interact with customers • Knowledge of HR processes is a plus • Interest in technology applied to people management is a plus • Previous experience in customer service, support, or training is a plus • Prior knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or HR systems is not required
