📋 Description

• Take ownership of two connected apps - Manager Web App (operations, clients, scheduling) and Operator Mobile App (on-site tasks, check-ins, updates). • Understand user workflows and design empathetic, impactful solutions. • Develop, test, and deploy scalable front-end features using modern frameworks and technologies. • Collaborate closely with backend, product, and design teams to deliver seamless experiences. • Integrate and optimize APIs for efficient cross-platform communication. • Continuously improve UI/UX and simplify user interactions across web and mobile apps. • Measure and validate the impact of delivered features on user retention and efficiency. • Implement and iterate AI-driven enhancements that provide real workflow value. • Monitor performance, fix bugs, and ensure high availability across environments. • Maintain an ongoing feedback loop - empathize, propose, ship, verify, and grow.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development (TypeScript / JavaScript). • 3+ years of experience with Next.js (App Router) and React (hooks, context). • Strong understanding of RESTful API integration and PostgreSQL. • Experience building responsive, mobile-first UIs. • Proficiency with Git and modern deployment workflows. • Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Radix UI (shadcn/ui), and SWR. • Nice to have experience with Python/FastAPI, Supabase Auth + Realtime, Docker, GCP, and Fly.io. • Experience with SWR or React Query for state management. • Exposure to AI integrations (LLM-assisted UX, smart summaries). • Business-minded with a focus on MRR, retention, and user value. • Strong empathy for users both managers and field operators. • Ownership-driven, pragmatic, and curious with a bias for action. • Background in field-services or operations software is a plus.
