📋 Description

• Lead the backend architecture and foundational setup for a new SaaS platform. • Work hands-on to design, develop, and scale backend systems using the MERN stack. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across systems. • Implement AI-assisted development practices to enhance efficiency and maintain lean operations. • Make strategic technical decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability. • Present and communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Drive best practices in code quality, system design, and deployment from day one.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years of backend development experience, preferably in startups. • Proven experience building and scaling SaaS products from the ground up. • Strong hands-on expertise in the MERN stack and AWS. • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to optimize and accelerate development cycles. • Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Prior product-based experience; candidates with only agency backgrounds will not be preferred. • Ability to make smart, fast technical decisions and establish robust backend foundations.
