📋 Description

• Develop and implement voice bot flows based on provided designs, selecting the appropriate TTS/STT or speech service platforms. • Build core voice bot functionalities, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and stability. • Integrate voice bots with in-house and third-party systems using APIs. • Develop call flows capable of interacting with various platforms through SIP protocols. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize overall voice experience and system performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing, testing, and developing AI-driven NLU and conversational AI projects for voice-based systems. • Strong ability to integrate TTS (Text-to-Speech) and STT (Speech-to-Text) engines. • Hands-on experience with NLU (Natural Language Understanding) and ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition) technologies. • Ability to design and develop call flows that interact with platforms using SIP. • Solid understanding of network elements such as TCP, SIP, and cloud-based hosting environments. • Proficiency in Python for backend and conversational logic development. • Experience working with APIs and database systems. • Nice to have: foundational knowledge of Machine Learning and its applications in conversational AI.
