📋 Description
• Provide product vision, leadership, and strategic direction for the Decisiv Data Network • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for the data platform and shared services • Establish and track clear, outcome-based success metrics • Build and maintain a highly differentiated, cohesive platform portfolio • Lead and participate in Agile/Scrum teams • Engage regularly with customers, prospects, and partners to understand integration and data needs • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of Product Management experience building and scaling technical platform products • 7+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and coaching technical product teams • Proven ability to lead in complex, ambiguous technical environments • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influence skills • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
