• Support public-sector organizations in modernizing their HR function • Support an industrial group undergoing a complete overhaul of Payroll & HR processes • Analyze business and regulatory challenges • Facilitate cross-functional workshops with HR and IT departments • Draft detailed functional specifications • Define the transformation roadmap
• Proficiency with HR Access (V7, V8 or V9) • Experience writing functional specifications • Management of the user acceptance/testing phase • Configuration and oversight of migration projects, application maintenance (TMA) or HRIS redesign • Serve as the link between HR and IT teams with rigor and attention to detail
