📋 Description

• Collaborate with HRConseil experts to deliver high-quality services to clients • Understand clients’ needs and challenges and propose tailored, innovative solutions • Support the implementation of recommendations with clients’ internal teams • Use digital solutions to optimize HR processes • Facilitate collaborative workshops • Analyze operating environments and organizational structures • Design tailored organizational models • Redefine IT roadmaps • Harmonize HR information systems (HRIS) • Lead change management initiatives • Coordinate transformation projects and manage stakeholders, deadlines, and deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• More than 6 years of experience in change management, process optimization, or organizational redesign contexts • Ability to analyze an organization, identify friction points, and propose people-centered, digital, or structural solutions • Proficiency in innovation and change methodologies (Prosci, MoSCoW, Design Thinking, etc.) • Experience supporting business teams, managers, and/or HR Directors in implementing large-scale transformations • Comfortable facilitating workshops, conducting interviews, and formalizing recommendations • Experience working in international environments • Minimum C1 level of English / fluent English • Passion for organizational transformation projects • Commitment to protecting the planet or supporting people in need is a plus
