📋 Description

• Participate in every phase of the project: analysis, recommendations, implementation and challenge • Co‑build an HR roadmap aligned with employee needs • Help select the single solution to manage the HR function globally • Work on change management and country‑by‑country deployment

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years' experience in HR consulting or HRIS • Interest in Talent topics: workforce planning (GEPP), mobility, learning/training, recruitment, career management • Experience implementing Talent solutions and supporting change management • Proficiency in English for international projects • Certification in responsible digital practices (digital sustainability) is a plus

🏖️ Benefits

• Fixed salary between €40k and €50k • Individual bonus of €2k • Meal allowance of €2,257 net per year • Holiday bonus paid monthly • Profit‑sharing (company performance participation)
