📋 Description
• Participar da implementação e rollout do SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) e Time Management • Integração e migração de dados entre SuccessFactors EC e SAP S/4HANA • Apoio na definição e refinamento de regras de integração, mapeamentos e cargas de dados • Suporte ao rollout global e às necessidades locais do Brasil • Interação com times globais e participação em workshops de levantamento de requisitos
🎯 Requirements
• Experiência sólida com SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) • Vivência em projetos de implementação, rollout ou transformação de RH • Experiência com migração de dados e processos de integração • Conhecimento em integrações EC x SAP S/4HANA (BIB/Web Services) - Diferencial • Experiência com Employee Central Payroll ou HCM - Diferencial • Conhecimento em Time Management - Diferencial • Idioma: Espanhol
