📋 Description

• Take on a strategic challenge involving performance management, talent development, and succession • Implement and provide support for SAP SuccessFactors PMGM • Configure Route Maps, Form Templates, Goal Plans, and Development Plans • Configure and administer Calibration and 9-Box Matrix processes • Work with Succession Org Chart, Lineage Chart, Talent Pools, and Position Management • Lead Talent Review processes and integrate PMGM data • Integrate Employee Central and Succession • Conduct requirements-gathering and Blueprint workshops • Structure succession and talent processes across different management levels

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors PMGM • Proficiency in Route Maps and Form Templates, including configuration through Admin Center and XML • Experience with Goal Plans and Development Plans (CDP) • Knowledge of Calibration • Solid experience with SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development • Expertise in configuring the 9-Box Matrix • Experience with Succession Org Chart and Lineage Chart • Knowledge of Talent Pools and Position Management • Experience with Talent Review and integration with PMGM data • Knowledge of integrations between Employee Central and Succession • Strong understanding of performance assessment methodologies, such as 9-Box, 180°/360°, and SMART goals • Ability to conduct requirements-gathering and Blueprint workshops • Knowledge of Risk of Loss and Impact of Loss • Ability to engage with different levels of management to structure succession and talent processes • SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management certification • SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals certification (a plus) • Knowledge of Continuous Performance Management (CPM) (a plus) • Knowledge of configuring Career Paths and Mentoring (a plus)
