• Perform configuration and customization of the SAP HCM Payroll module • Integrate with SAP SuccessFactors (SFSF EC-P) • Support payroll data management • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices • Assist in business requirements analysis • Translate business needs into viable technical solutions within the SAP system • Monitor system updates and continuous improvements
• Proven experience as an SAP HCM Payroll Consultant • Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (SFSF EC-P) • Expertise in payroll processes and integration with other SAP HCM areas • Availability to work part-time, 20 hours per week (4 hours per day) • Available to start immediately • Advanced English and basic Spanish
