📋 Description

• Progettare, sviluppare e mettere in esercizio soluzioni di Artificial Intelligence e Generative AI • Supportare prodotti e processi aziendali strategici • Gestire l’intero ciclo di vita delle soluzioni AI, dalla raccolta dei requisiti alla realizzazione dei modelli, deployment in produzione e monitoraggio delle performance • Collaborare con team internazionali di Data Engineering, Product, Business e IT • Contribuire all’evoluzione delle metodologie, degli standard e delle best practice AI dell’organizzazione

🎯 Requirements

• Laurea magistrale /PhD in Informatica, Ingegneria, Matematica Applicata, Statistica o discipline quantitative affini • Ottima conoscenza di Python • Esperienza con librerie di Machine Learning e Deep Learning: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch • Esperienza nell’utilizzo di notebook collaborativi e piattaforme di sviluppo dati come Databricks o equivalenti • Esperienza nella generazione di dati sintetici per la valutazione e il testing di sistemi AI • Conoscenza delle tecniche di Prompt Engineering applicate a LLM e modelli generativi • Familiarità con Vector Database, come Pinecone o Qdrant, e architetture RAG • Esperienza con almeno uno dei principali cloud provider: AWS, Azure, GCP • Conoscenza delle pratiche MLOps e delle architetture a microservizi • Familiarità con Git e Docker • Buona padronanza della lingua italiana (C1-B2) • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2) • Disponibilità a sporadiche trasferte su Bologna • Nice to have: conoscenza approfondita di PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras; AI Security; post-training LLM (SFT, RL, Distillation); framework di valutazione dei modelli generativi
