📋 Description

• Responsabile della governance operativa di servizi applicativi e operativi in un progetto Smart Metering e Smart Grid • Coordinamento end-to-end dei servizi AMS • Garanzia del corretto funzionamento di supporto, escalation, reporting, knowledge management e miglioramento continuo • Coordinamento di team operativi, specialisti, fornitori e stakeholder • Garanzia della qualità, del rispetto degli SLA e della corretta gestione delle attività • Analisi delle offerte e trasformazione in proposte strutturate • Verifica di coerenza tecnica, perimetro, rischi e fattibilità delle proposte • Interazione con team di supporto di terzo livello, team prodotto e team di sviluppo per attività correttive ed evolutive

🎯 Requirements

• Esperienza in ruoli di Service Manager, AMS Manager, Application Support Manager o equivalenti • Esperienza nella gestione di servizi AMS complessi • Conoscenza dei processi di supporto applicativo L1, L2 e L3 • Esperienza nella gestione di SLA, ticketing, escalation e reporting operativo • Capacità di coordinare team distribuiti, fornitori e stakeholder nazionali e internazionali • Comprensione di processi applicativi, configurazioni, parametrizzazioni, troubleshooting e problem management • Esperienza nell’interazione con team di supporto di terzo livello, team prodotto o sviluppo • Capacità di analizzare offerte tecnico-economiche e trasformarle in proposte strutturate • Capacità di valutare perimetro, assunzioni, esclusioni, rischi e dipendenze • Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte, anche all'estero, fino a una settimana lavorativa • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, livello B2 • Nice to have: conoscenza di Smart Metering, Smart Grid, HES, MDM o processi utilities • Nice to have: esperienza con servizi AMS per piattaforme utility o sistemi regolati • Nice to have: conoscenza di ITIL • Nice to have: esperienza nella creazione e gestione di Knowledge Base operative • Nice to have: familiarità con strumenti di AI o knowledge management • Nice to have: esperienza in presales tecnico, bid management o vendor offer review • Nice to have: esperienza con software factory, team prodotto o team evolutivi • Nice to have: conoscenza della lingua spagnola o russa
