• sprawnie porusza się w internecie, LinkedIn i innych źródłach informacji • lubi analizować dane i wyszukiwać informacje • jest dokładna, systematyczna i dobrze organizuje swoją pracę • potrafi samodzielnie rozwiązywać problemy • dobrze zna język angielski (minimum B2) • chętnie poznaje nowe narzędzia, w tym rozwiązania oparte na AI • ma doświadczenie w researchu rekrutacyjnym, sourcingu lub pracy w HR (mile widziane, ale nie jest to warunek konieczny)
