📋 Description

• Own the GCP infrastructure and platform security for an early-stage healthtech SaaS startup in KSA • Establish the only production delivery path through merge requests, reviews, green tests, staged rollouts, and tested rollbacks • Manage migrations across environments and harden CI runners • Design and operate identity and access management across GitLab, GCP, production data, and internal tools • Manage secrets, keys, devices, rotation, masked CI variables, and workload identity • Build tenant onboarding pipelines for provisioning, configuration, seeding, and data segregation • Implement Terraform across the full estate and maintain reproducible environments • Secure private data tiers, control egress, implement edge protection, and enforce organization policies • Build tamper-evident, queryable audit logging and alerts • Implement tracing across .NET and Python, define SLOs, configure paging alerts, and run blameless incident post-mortems • Operate PostgreSQL pooling, replicas, failover, and restore drills • Maintain WebSocket sessions across scaling

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience • Production experience with a multi-tenant B2B SaaS with paying customers • Experience designing and enforcing least-privilege access for an engineering team • Deep GCP experience with Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, VPC, IAM, Secret Manager, and workload identity • Production Terraform experience, including codifying an existing estate • Extensive experience operating on GitLab • Experience building CI/CD as the only production delivery path, including runner and secrets hardening • PostgreSQL operations experience, including pooling, replicas, failover, and restore drills • Ability to write code in Python or C# • Ability to work in cross-functional teams • High proficiency in English communication
