âą Develop, manage, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6. âą Coordinate and integrate MEP activities within the overall project program. âą Liaise with project teams to ensure accurate progress updates and realistic forecasting. âą Conduct delay analysis, critical path assessment, and schedule risk evaluations. âą Prepare planning deliverables including baseline programs, progress reports, and recovery schedules. âą Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to identify and mitigate scheduling conflicts. âą Ensure adherence to project timelines, scope, and quality standards. âą Support tender planning and bid submissions when required.
âą Minimum 5+ years of proven hands-on Primavera P6 experience, including MEP project planning in on-site or consultancy environments. âą Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field). âą Experience with Asta Powerproject is preferred but not essential. âą Strong understanding of construction sequencing, resource allocation, and earned value analysis. âą Excellent communication and reporting skills in English. âą Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
