⢠Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. ⢠Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, tasks, resource requirements, and budget. ⢠Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams. ⢠Provide clear direction, set expectations, and ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities. ⢠Effectively communicate project goals, progress, and issues to stakeholders, team members, and other relevant parties. ⢠Allocate and manage resources efficiently, considering the skills and availability of team members. ⢠Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. ⢠Implement quality control processes to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards. ⢠Coordinate with external vendors and third-party service providers when necessary. ⢠Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs effectively. ⢠Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. ⢠Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, requirements, technical specifications, and testing plans. ⢠Ensure that projects comply with relevant IT security standards and regulations.
⢠5+ years on similar jobs ⢠BSc or MSc in Technical degree ⢠Understanding concepts of microservice architecture ⢠Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. ⢠Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is often preferred. ⢠Proven experience in managing IT projects from initiation to completion. ⢠Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development methodologies, and project management principles. ⢠Proficiency in project management tools and software. ⢠Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards. ⢠Problem-solving and decision-making skills in a dynamic IT environment. ⢠Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously. ⢠Knowledge of Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus. ⢠Experience using team collaboration tools programs, preferably Jira including Dashboarding, Reporting, Sprint tracking and Process control. ⢠Experience in managing project-related escalations from initiation to closure, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment. ⢠Proficiency in spoken and written English ⢠Proficiency in Arabic speaking
