📋 Description

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, tasks, resource requirements, and budget. • Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams. • Provide clear direction, set expectations, and ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities. • Effectively communicate project goals, progress, and issues to stakeholders, team members, and other relevant parties. • Allocate and manage resources efficiently, considering the skills and availability of team members. • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Implement quality control processes to ensure that project deliverables meet established standards. • Coordinate with external vendors and third-party service providers when necessary. • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs effectively. • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations. • Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, requirements, technical specifications, and testing plans. • Ensure that projects comply with relevant IT security standards and regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years on similar jobs • BSc or MSc in Technical degree • Understanding concepts of microservice architecture • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is often preferred. • Proven experience in managing IT projects from initiation to completion. • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development methodologies, and project management principles. • Proficiency in project management tools and software. • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards. • Problem-solving and decision-making skills in a dynamic IT environment. • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Knowledge of Agile or other project management methodologies is a plus. • Experience using team collaboration tools programs, preferably Jira including Dashboarding, Reporting, Sprint tracking and Process control. • Experience in managing project-related escalations from initiation to closure, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder alignment. • Proficiency in spoken and written English • Proficiency in Arabic speaking
