📋 Description

• Develop production-ready, AI-powered applications and automation solutions with Python • Design and implement RAG systems and agentic workflows • Develop backend services and REST APIs, including with FastAPI • Work with Large Language Models, embedding models, and modern agent frameworks • Ensure the quality, security, and traceability of AI applications in collaboration with the team • Participate in code reviews and take ownership of implementation to continuously improve the software

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a comparable field • At least five years of professional software development experience with Python • Strong experience developing backend systems and REST APIs, ideally with FastAPI • Practical experience with LLM-based applications, RAG systems, or agentic workflows • Knowledge of modern AI frameworks such as LlamaIndex, LangChain, PydanticAI, or comparable technologies • Clean, maintainable, production-ready code • Willingness to actively participate in code reviews and technical discussions • Independent and responsible working style • Good command of English • Alignment with the values of results orientation, quality, honesty, fairness, and team spirit • Experience with automation platforms such as n8n (a plus, but not required) • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure or Azure AI Services (a plus, but not required) • Experience with CI/CD and DevOps processes (a plus, but not required) • Experience working with vector databases (a plus, but not required)
