📋 Description

• Manage a variety of personal injury cases, including car accidents, trucking accidents, and slip and fall incidents • Filing lawsuits • Drafting and responding to written discovery • Taking depositions • Participating in mediation • Handling all aspects of the litigation process

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in discovery, depositions, mediation, and trials • 1st chair trial experience is preferred • MUST BE LICENSED TO PRACTICE IN TEXAS • Expertise in all phases of personal injury cases, from inception through litigation to trial or settlement • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Strong analytical, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills • Experience interacting directly with clients, evaluating cases, and counseling clients on legal matters professionally • Comfortable working with other attorneys and litigation team members, while managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines • Bilingual skills are not required but are a plus
