📋 Description

• Be a Sales Operations Associate focusing on organization, data, and process. • Own and maintain accurate CRM (HubSpot) data. • Help build and maintain a sales activity plan (“Cookbook”). • Prepare basic reports and dashboards in HubSpot or Excel. • Attend meetings to take notes and organize action items. • Assist with client touchpoints and marketing coordination. • Identify small improvements to sales workflows and processes. • Support leadership with reminders, updates, and check-ins.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, administrative operations, or similar roles. • Experience maintaining CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) or equivalent experience with related platforms. • Basic comfort with Excel or Google Sheets for light reporting. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Experience supporting or managing structured sales processes is a plus. • Ability to proactively manage tasks, to-dos, and project follow-ups with leadership. • U.S.-based candidates only. Preference for candidates in Phoenix or Indianapolis areas.
