• As Regional Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for the smooth operation of our autonomous cleaning machines at multiple sites across Hesse • You coordinate the local team and ensure our machines are deployed efficiently and that customer satisfaction is consistently maintained • Regular on-site visits to customers to ensure our solutions are used optimally and that customer satisfaction remains at the highest level • You take full responsibility for your location and ensure it runs smoothly at all times • Close collaboration with the sales team to identify new locations and to establish our technology with additional clients • Monitor machine performance and identify opportunities to optimize operations • You actively drive the implementation and rollout of new technologies and support your teams with operational challenges
• You have experience in field service or operations • An understanding of B2B sales models helps you to understand our customers’ needs • You are organized and work in a solution-oriented way, even in demanding situations • Willingness to travel regularly to service customer sites in your region • Flexibility regarding your place of work • A strong hands-on mentality and willingness to pitch in where needed • Excellent communication skills and fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.
