• High School Diploma or equivalent • 3-6 years if experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or with comparable product or service (required) • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas (required) • Excellent persuasive interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with potential and existing clients • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships • Strong organizational skills to manage leads, follow ups, and sales appointments efficiently • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking systems to manage and update customer information • Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively
