📋 Description

• Develop project plans for CRM integration projects within HubSpot from discovery through implementation, UAT, change management, and integrations • Manage project scheduling and budget planning to meet stakeholder and customer needs within budget • Partner with Resource Managers to predict and allocate necessary resources • Create and manage project budgets reflecting scope of work and resource requirements • Complete, distribute, and store project documentation • Prepare briefs and resolve unclear or incomplete situations • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates aligned with client goals • Articulate problems and bring the right people together to resolve them urgently • Monitor client communications and ensure responses are handled • Analyze project performance, identify improvement areas, communicate and manage project risks • Assess requirements, manage project scope, and communicate effectively with stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Science, or a similar field • Mid-level years of experience at a senior level working on systems integration or CRM implementation projects • Proficiency in project management methodologies, preferably with formal training • Experience in a consultancy, agency, or software development organization is highly desirable • Passion for driving results and making things happen • Analytical problem-solving mindset and meticulous attention to detail • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments and navigate complexity • Strong interpersonal connection-building and resourcefulness • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Business-level proficiency in English and French • Must reside in and have the legal right to work in Belgium, the United Kingdom, Germany, or Austria
