📋 Description

• Build comprehensive project plans, allocate resources with Resource Managers, and manage budgets to prevent under- or over-servicing. • Maintain documentation (Risk Logs, Change Logs, Progress Reports) and proactively monitor deliverables to keep projects on scope and contract. • Lead client and internal meetings, manage deadlines, resolve technical/operational roadblocks, and mitigate project risks. • Maintain clear progress reporting, ensure timely communications, and drive continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. • Senior-level project management experience in an agency, consultancy, or software development environment handling digital marketing and web projects. • Formal training or proficiency in Project Management Methodologies. • Experience with project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Teamleader, TeamGantt) and Google Workspace. • Experience with HubSpot/CRMs, IT, or complex web builds.
