📋 Description

• Own the Customer Portal product strategy and roadmap, tied to Veriff’s commercial model and revenue drivers • Run continuous discovery with customers and translate findings into problem statements and sequenced roadmaps • Make prioritisation and trade-off decisions across product ambition, technical sustainability and business urgency • Define success metrics before development and hold the team accountable for outcomes • Partner with Engineering, GTM, Fraud Ops and Design to turn internal expertise into a customer-facing product • Own internal platform releases and external go-to-market launches • Set and uphold the product-craft bar • Mentor product managers and progressively build and lead the team • Champion AI and implement best practices for faster product discovery and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Product leadership experience owning a product area end-to-end from strategy through discovery, delivery and launch • Ability to connect product decisions to revenue, retention and customer trust • Experience conducting continuous customer discovery, including with demanding enterprise accounts • Ability to translate customer insights into problem statements and phased roadmaps • Ability to make transparent prioritisation and trade-off decisions • Ability to define success metrics before building and focus on outcomes • Ability to lead through influence and collaborate with Engineering, GTM, Design and Operations • Ability to mentor PMs and build and lead a team over time • Commitment to staying current with product management practices and experimenting with new approaches • Interest in progressing from individual leadership into people management • Ability to champion and implement AI best practices for product discovery and delivery
