📋 Description

• Drive product strategy and execution for commercial and agronomical solutions in Yara Europe’s digital platform • Own the product lifecycle end-to-end, from defining customer needs and strategic direction through delivery, launch, iteration, and post-release optimization • Frame open-ended customer and business challenges using data and customer insights • Propose and test solutions that improve key metrics • Work day-to-day with engineering, design, and data teams • Manage dependencies across systems, teams, and vendors • Understand and make trade-offs across applications, backend services, APIs, CRM, commercial systems, data, integrations, technical debt, and scalability • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a key farmer and retailer portfolio domain • Gather and prioritize local requirements and manage localization and country rollouts • Align regional business, technology, commercial, agronomy, and senior leadership stakeholders • Plan across teams and vendors, identify blockers, resolve risks, and escalate with clear options • Define, track, and act on performance metrics including engagement, retention, reward redemption, and sales accepted leads • Translate insights into product improvements and growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital product management, including at least 3–4 years as a Senior or Lead Product Manager • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (engineering, computer science, business, or similar); MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus • Proven track record of delivering digital products on complex platforms with multiple integrated systems, APIs, and several development teams or vendors • Experience owning digital products after launch against measurable outcomes • Experience building and shipping digital products from discovery through launch and iteration • Experience writing requirements and making trade-off decisions with engineering • Experience working with stakeholders across several countries, markets, or business units • Experience balancing local needs against a shared platform • Comfort with technical discussions about system architecture, integrations, APIs, and data • Analytical mindset and ability to turn data into clear decisions and demonstrate business impact • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Fluent in English, written and spoken • Willingness to travel occasionally across Europe • Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Bulgaria, Spain, Italy, the UK, or Lithuania
