📋 Description

• Own the domain roadmap and outcomes end-to-end, from problem definition to shipped impact • Understand customers’ needs and how Finom can support their businesses • Prototype quickly, including with AI tools, to test ideas before committing engineering time • Partner directly with Engineering, Design, and Data as a peer • Build the commercial case for product initiatives and understand P&L implications • Join a Senior Product Manager pool covering Integrations, Risk Engine (TRI), and Activation • Placement is determined through a structured process based on fit, interests, and business needs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management • Ideally experience in fintech, banking, or high-growth B2B SaaS • Track record of owning ambiguous problem spaces and turning them into shipped, measurable outcomes • Strong quantitative instincts and comfort working with detailed data • Commercially minded and customer-centric • European market experience is a plus, not a requirement
