📋 Description
• Own your domain's roadmap and outcomes end-to-end, from problem definition to shipped impact • Be close to our customers constantly to understand their needs • Prototype fast to test ideas before committing engineering time • Partner directly with Engineering, Design, and Data as a peer • Make the commercial case for what you build, understanding the P&L implications of your roadmap
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in product management, ideally in fintech, banking, or high-growth B2B SaaS • A track record of owning ambiguous problem spaces and turning them into shipped, measurable outcomes • Strong quantitative instincts, comfortable with data • Genuinely commercially minded and customer-centric • European market experience is a plus
