📋 Description

• Develop and deliver live, small group coaching sessions focused on HubSpot tools and use cases • Lead multiple interactive coaching sessions weekly, adapting to cohort needs and questions • Demonstrate HubSpot workflows and help customers configure concrete solutions in their portals • Develop short educational videos, workbooks, guides, and follow-up materials • Design learning experiences that drive product adoption, customer activation, and ongoing usage • Collaborate with Instructional Designers, content creators, Academy, Product, Creative, and Marketing teams • Provide structured customer feedback to Product and leadership • Log sessions and attendance accurately using Bevy and HubSpot systems • Use Asana, AirTable, and Google Suite for session planning, content development, and metrics tracking • Monitor registration, attendance, NPS, CSAT, usage impact, and repeat attendance • Iterate on content and facilitation based on feedback and performance metrics • Experiment with new coaching formats and share insights with the broader team • Report to the Manager of HubSpot Academy Education

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in French, English and Portuguese • Demonstrated experience leading live trainings, workshops, or group sessions, virtual or in-person • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills • Strong product aptitude and ability to learn new features and connect them to customer use cases across Marketing, Sales, and Service workflows • Ability to communicate and collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams • Ability to create well-structured written content for workbooks, guides, and supporting materials • Ability to adjust to changing priorities and contribute to improvements • Experience working directly with HubSpot, especially across multiple Hubs (nice to have) • Experience facilitating global customer audiences across time zones (nice to have) • Familiarity with event platforms, scaled programs, or live onboarding (nice to have) • Experience creating short-form video content or educational materials (nice to have)
