📋 Description

• Provide commercial leadership and support on the HubSpot Commercial Legal Team • Support Customer Success Teams managing HubSpot customers in North America • Navigate rapidly evolving AI governance and privacy challenges • Handle customer disputes, privacy queries, compliance assessments, and contract renewals • Deliver customer-centric solutions to complex legal questions with AI focus • Develop and scale enablement materials and processes for Customer Success teams • Manage complex customer contract negotiations • Resolve customer disputes and litigation, mitigating risk across departments • Collaborate with other legal teams for sound legal advice

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in the US • 2-4 years of legal experience ideally within technology, SaaS, or AI sectors • Experience in-house at a global technology company or advising such companies in private practice • Deep knowledge of AI and legal challenges impacting service providers • Advanced knowledge of privacy and data protection laws (including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA) • Demonstrated experience in complex dispute resolution and litigation strategy • Negotiation, drafting, and review of commercial contracts • Advising business stakeholders on high-stakes legal questions • Comfortable managing global legal inquiries and tailoring advice • Thrives in fast-paced environments with ability to prioritize tasks • Solution-oriented, learning mindset with strong “can-do” attitude • Fluent in English
